Internships with The Johns Hopkins Sustainability Initiative

The Johns Hopkins Sustainability Initiative is always looking for smart, creative students who are interested in helping us make Johns Hopkins University a model of sustainability.  Students are given broad responsibility in research, project development, and communications, and become important members of the Sustainability team.  In the past, students have contributed significantly to:

  • Design and management of dorm competitions
  • Organizing a panel discussion for Focus the Nation
  • Research on green roofs and storm water runoff
  • A compilation of green products and services

Internships are typically one semester in duration, but can be extended under certain circumstances.
